I will start this post with the fact that Chester County’s Republican Committee Facebook page still blocks this blog’s Facebook page. But people send me screenshots all of the time. Down the rabbit hole they have gone full bore, including republishing fake news and unsubstantiated claims.

So a couple of weeks ago I called on the Chester County Republican Committee to denounce the horrible behavior being displayed by the “faithful” when lifelong Republicans like Willistown Supervisor Bob Lange exercise their inalienable and constitutional rights as an American to express themselves as to whom they are voting for and why.

I said this when I was on WCHE with Barry Dee. Barry is a devoted Republican, but he’s actually a true conservative and a Republican with whom you can converse normally. He also did not disagree when I said the the parties themselves needed to denounce the scuzzball behavior being exhibited towards Bob Lange. (And in the interest of fairness, I will note this also happened to a small business owner in West Vincent who had Trump signs on his property. He was harassed by Democrats. But what has happened to Bob Lange is a lot more magnified and continues.)

Since I said that on WCHE’s All Politics Are Local with Barry Dee and we discussed this, various media outlets, the latest being The Philadelphia Inquirer today have called on the Chester County GOP to comment. And it’s cat 🐈 got their tongues 🐈 .

They love the hashtag #LeadershipMatters so why can’t they demonstrate any?

So Raffi when you find your lost balls, we are all ears on your thoughts of how YOUR Republican faithful have treated a lifelong Republican and Chester County farmer whose people were living here generations ahead of us. One would think at least you would be a grown up and show the Langes some respect.

If the Chester County Republican Committee can’t stand up ever and do the right thing starting with leadership, especially when it comes to lifelong Republicans, well what is their problem? They are supposed to be adults, right? Guess not.

So GOP maybe it’s time review those good old inalienable rights and freedoms that every American has by the rights our forefathers fought and died for? Unless you are now the party of dictatorship?
