File under Chester County’s dirty little secrets: mobile home parks and Toll Brothers developments. Different price points, same feel.
Warehousing humans.
I don’t see the difference in the two.
Both are pre-fab, tract housing developments where they pack people and residences into small areas. Only difference is income levels.
Either way, it’s the cheap way do it for developers and it brings deforestation, stormwater runoff, and just plain ugly housing to once beautiful areas.
