Your photo in “Just Breathe” is how our county commissioners want the county to be percieved by outsiders and rural residents alike but if you listen to the other side of their collective mouth they are using that image to lure developers and industry to our county. They won’t be happy until Chester and Delaware Counties are indistinguishable! Listen to the commissioners and the chambers of Bidness and that is just what you’ll get.
