It was a historic farm. Farmed until the bitter end. Part of a Penn Land Grant. But when Jack Bogle passed away, Vanguard which had bought the land at some point during his tenure, sold it….for development. Next is the old historic resource survey form, which seems to have disappeared from Pennsylvania websites?
So listen, if this had to be mega warehouses or whatever why is the whole site a ghost town? You can apparently just drive in and someone I know did that and sent the following video with this note:

So this begs the question which is a horrible thought and that is what else could this site be used for and does Uwchlan Township know or keep tabs on this? The sad fact of life is don’t you wish you could look at swaths of land like this and not worry it might someday become a freaking data center?
