development in west whiteland

Ship Road and Route 30 in West Whiteland is getting supersized. Eventually the roads won’t even look the same when the “Ship Road Couplet” occurs.

What do I see that concerns me other than MORE development that will be soulless and devoid of charm and things like gardens? That beautiful historic chapel. I fear for it being marooned like a little island in the mess.

I also wish V.K. Brewing could remember the Ship Inn as part of their sign. Why can’t it be V. K. Brewing at the historic Ship Inn or something?

And this development? Naked acres baby. Just the way developers love it.

And there is this house (or twins?) being built right on the edge of Ship Road before the new development mess starts? It’s literally shoehorned in at the edge of the road. I guess they caused the road delays ?

The nice thing about this road work is it FORCED people on Ship Road to slow down.$

Sign me sick of developer-centric development. None of it seems to have anything with the communities the developers are invading.

How many more acres are going to get stripped bare for a cram plan? Now a broken down strip of stores and ugly other commercial structures aren’t going to be missed, but why is everything always about new density?

Why can’t we have good designs? Green space? Something attractive? Less dense ?

that whiff of je ne sais quois in the air…

First we start with maligning Caroline O’Halloran of Savvy over a certain article. The article as per the temporary Oracle of Wayne as seen above was “twisted, manipulated with a whole bunch of lies with no real facts checked and one sided.”

Yeah well I guess another nuance has been missed by she who takes no accountability is that she was the subject of an article, not a fluff interview? Of course there are two sides to every little story, but please by all means, she should explain to her loyal fans (or are they paid followers? ) how her ends justify any means? Is she saying court dockets lie and so do two local police departments, Radnor and Newtown Township, both in Delaware County?

Clarity here: No one is trying to “run” her away (does she mean drive, perhaps?) , although she seems as if she skipped out on a few communities and different states, oui? All big mistakes there too? And for “she told me I don’t belong here”, who said that? Is that some sort of insecurity speaking? She simply doesn’t get how the Main Line works, and you can’t just move and belong, it takes time, doesn’t it? People don’t just instantaneously let étrangères (strangers) into their lives, and she is that, is she not? Does she not get that? Life isn’t a scripted Bravo reality show.

But to attack a fine woman like Caroline O’Halloran? Meh. Speaks volumes to character, and I can have that opinion.

Apparently I have no free will and this (above) is what she “wanted” me to do? Did you “want” me to show these text messages she sent too? Here, I will post them again….Red is what she said…blue was the sole response of the person she was essentially threatening, or is that how she normally speaks?

Then we get to this next thing. Sharing a photoshop containing Michelle Obama no less. Does she think this magnificent woman of color would condone her behavior?

She dedicated these threats to me? Bless her heart! Let’s start with leave her daughter’s name out of my mouth? Did I ever malign her daughter? Nope. I don’t even know her name. I don’t pick on kids. I will note however, that SHE talks about her daughters on her Instagram “business” page (or one of them, it’s hard to keep up as she has many Instagram personalities, doesn’t she?)

Could I post her kids? Well at least two sure, because they are adults, right? But I won’t because they didn’t create mommy’s messes and you don’t pick on people’s kids, do you?

Oh and by the way I love cows. Ask anyone. Moo.

I need to take care of my health? Another threat? Alrighty and just FYI law enforcement does follow this blog. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi elle aggraverait les choses?

So she then goes on and talks about “rating teeth”? How are we rating them and why?

Karma is a bitch and quoting Kenya Moore from Real Housewives of Atlanta? More threats? Life imitating Bravo? Is that how she sees all this? As her own reality show? Somehow I don’t see Andy Cohen calling her up no matter how many Bravoleberities she poses with in the Hamptons, do you???

She wanted me to post her photos? Does it include this one at the bottom of the post? Or these? Please note that I blurred out her kids.

I wonder does it give her a thrill every single time someone says something about her? I also wonder does she not get the Anna Delvey reference in Melissa Jacobs Main Line Tonight article? And seems to think even part 2 of that series is pro her?

It’s all a very odd, odd thing. She goes on to say attorneys, family, friends tell her to stay off of social media? Yet she can’t. Is she craving attention? Over this? Why? She talks about obsessed, yet she opens the doors with her behavior? And what is with the “By Karen”? Is Karen a personality of hers? Or does she mean “Bye Karen”?

She is obsessed with belonging on the Main Line, right? Proving she’s good enough or something? She is obsessed with getting publicity good, bad, or indifferent? So if people are watching her, she’s getting what she wants so how does that make others obsessed exactly? She creates a buzz all by herself via she is saying online and in interviews, but she does or doesn’t want the attention? Does notorious mean she is selling out of her online store she seems to have on her website? She mentions a “showroom” ? Is that wherever she is living in Wayne? See photo above and is that commercial or is it residential? Looks residential, doesn’t it? ?

And at every turn one gets the whiff of an attempt to make this issue about race? It’s not and never has been about race. It’s about right and wrong, something most children understand, yes? ASPD much?

People have asked me why Melissa Jacobs wrote her two pieces. I don’t know her and I cannot answer that. Ask her. She thinks she was doing the right thing per some public commentary on Facebook:

Sadly, we can’t control how this woman currently in Wayne feels about any of us who are aghast at the behavior, but we have a right to our opinions, only we’re not threatening her, are we? She seems to do that though, doesn’t she? She says she wants to stay, yet she feels she is being pushed out ? How can she be pushed out of a community she really doesn’t belong to? Belonging takes time, and the Main Line is a funny place. It might not be what it was, but it marches to the beat of it’s own drummer so to speak. And some people push themselves out. The psychology here is fascinating.

Tiens.

don’t stop believing?

Is Instagram now really The Diary of a Malignant Narcissist? High on the hog of her Main Line Tonight interview, she’s back on Instagram proclaiming not sure exactly what?

My true unfettered amusement on this first screenshot is she still doesn’t get how the Main Line works. Not my job to educate. Also, what is she responding to? My opinion?

This above? Just wow, right? Words are cheap and she sure is slinging them like mud, oui? Like at our local journalist and all around wonderful lady, Caroline O’Halloran? For real? You are going after her too? All those court dockets are just lies too? Police reports? Does she live in an alternate universe or does Melissa Jacobs have it right when she refers to her as Hillary White Jean: The Main Line’s Anna Delvey? (Careful, Melissa, you are probably next. as everyone takes a turn in her blame game, don’t they?)

Certainly more to unpack, yes?

My post yesterday might explode if I added more, hence the new post.

Yesterday’s post:

Back to the screenshots:

I’m not quite sure what the point is with the posts about Tehrani brothers? She’s not exactly the wounded party here, is she? I mean this is just one of two retail store leases she skipped out on in Wayne isn’t it? Did they have to accept what she purportedly proposed?

I don’t really know Nancy Volpe Beringer, other than who she is and I watched her on Project Runway and cheered her on. But what do these posts prove? Because if you think about it, of course, Nancy can wear her own pieces. She either designed them, or actually owns them, correct?

And once again, she pivots back to a subject of some obsession doesn’t she? Why so obsessed with publicist, Sarah Doheny? After all, if you bounce checks to someone and stiffed them on the total amount of what you agreed to pay them, how is that other person supposed to feel? Wasn’t there someone different as a publicist down in Glen Mills? Seems a wee bit stalkeriffic as a whole, doesn’t it?

I don’t pretend to have the answers here, I am following along with popcorn like everyone else. But I just don’t get it and I have to wonder if victims are feeling victimized yet again?

First Savvy Main Line then Main Line Tonight seemed to have established that what happened in Wayne is a repeat pattern from other businesses in other places, right?

Also curious? Why she leaves out text messages like to her former publicist, Sarah Doheny? Like these two (she does all of the talking it seems except for a polite blue reply which is Doheny?) :

Curiouser and curiouser. Where are you hiding Keith Morrison?

FEBRUARY 28, 2023 / BY CAROLINE O’HALLORAN

Court and police records show that Jean:

  • has declared bankruptcy five times in three states since 2011, most recently on Jan. 30 of this year.
  • has been repeatedly sued for alleged nonpayment of bills and has had at least four court judgments entered against her since 2021.
  • has been arrested three times since arriving in Wayne: twice last summer for passing fraudulent checks and once three weeks ago for witness intimidation, harassment and other charges at her preliminary criminal hearing before Radnor District Judge Leon Hunter. The Delaware County DA and Radnor and Newtown police have all confirmed ongoing investigations of Jean.

To the public, she was a smart businesswoman, a former hairdresser from Haiti with a sharp eye for style and a winning personality who worked hard for the designer clothes she wore and the Range Rover she drove.

Jean marketed herself as both “the first black business owner in Wayne” and a fashion pioneer who was upping the Main Line’s style game. “We’re bringing Rodeo Drive to the Main Line,” she once told SAVVY with a 100-watt smile….

But court and police records and our interviews with multiple sources reveal a woman who repeatedly changed names, addresses and businesses and stiffed people and companies whose fashions she sold, whose space she rented, and whose services she engaged.

In the last two years, Hillary White Jean has opened and closed three stores: Lady M Boutique (M was for millionaire) in Glen Mills, HJ Boutique at 106 E. Lancaster Ave. in Wayne (now the home of Wheelhouse Cards) and JWH Boutique at 209 E. Lancaster Ave. at the former Mattress Factory/Tehrani Rug Co. building, also in Wayne…..In an early January email to customers dotted with all-caps exclamations, Jean called her time in Wayne “phenomenal … We MADE HISTORY. ASK SIRI … We were named the New Beverly Hills Fashion Boutique in Wayne.” She blamed “unfortunate unexpected circumstances” for her store’s closure and invited customers to shop online.

“Perhaps it’s just temporary,” she wrote. “We are in the middle of a renegotiation. We’re NOT sure how it will work out.”

But according to her Chapter 7 personal bankruptcy filing on January 30, 2023, she owes nearly $476,280.42 to her first Wayne landlord, School Lane Holdings Co., with whom she signed a five-year lease with a personal guarantee, and $67,103.42 to her second Wayne landlords, Reuben, Benjamin and Youda Tehrani.

cool main line history: the harcum mile in bryn mawr.

If you love history, you will love the You Tube. It’s called the Harcum Mile. The video is the brain child of a life long friend, Margi Tucker De Temple. She is the wife of current Harcum President Jon Jay De Temple. Now I will tell you I think the reason Harcum still exists is because of Jon. He has worked hard to continue to bring the college through challenging times in education.

Anyway, yes, I know I have a personal connection to this, but it’s also because my family lived east of “The Harcum Mile”, in Haverford. My parents also knew Philip and Esther Klein, and my father was friendly with their son Arthur, who also at one time was head of the board a historic Jewish cemetery in Philadelphia across from Pennsylvania Hospital, Mikveh Israel. I think that is the oldest Jewish cemetery in this country. I have a memory of being a relatively small child and driving with my parents from the city to some kind of dedication at Harcum. I thought at first it was Klein Hall but I’m not sure. As I said to my friend Margi, because I was small I remembered it seemed like such a long car ride from Society Hill to Bryn Mawr.

This compilation of properties along Montgomery Avenue where Harcum is, are fascinating. Not all of the houses still exist today. And one of the reasons I love this little video is the discussion of a couple of my favorite architects of the latter part of the 19th century, Addison Hutton and the Price brothers (William Lightfoot Price and Frank Price, also known for their work in Wayne, PA and Rose Valley.) Addison Hutton of course is also known for Beechwood House in Bryn Mawr and out here in Chester County the architectural jewel, Loch Aerie, which you all know I adore.

I used to love walking my dogs up and down Montgomery Avenue. I would start in Haverford and sometimes I would go East well into Ardmore, but usually I would go west up to around Beechwood House or Ashbridge Park. I love the 19th century houses that you see along the way.

And of course I also went to Shipley, so this is literally where I have spent a lot of years walking around. Which is why I was thrill to find that Margi was doing this project. It started with a lecture that I couldn’t get down to Bryn Mawr for and then she told me she was doing a video. This is that video. Selfishly I think she should do a series of videos because this was so great and it has all the components I love: the history of an area, the history of the homes, the history of the inhabitants. This is a great video!

A special note about how the Main Line got it’s name and where it ends, Paoli. I love that this is in this video, historically accurate.

m. kaplan interiors on the move….out of east whiteland.

The Kaplans’ garage is going to be full, huh? I started getting messages yesterday that they were on the move and then my husband sent a photo.

Wonder if wifey wore her Louis Vuitton purse to her mug shot? Sorry, too much? Too soon?

Sign me still aghast that this is what people do when they inherit a 100 year old business. Feel sorry for their kids.

Quick! Giggle at their You Tube before it disappears:

And people can’t thank Nydia Han at 6ABC WPVI enough for her original story. And you can still contact East Whiteland Police or the Chester County District Attorney’s Office if you were a victim of theirs and have not reported it.

the fantastical life story of a legend in her own mind?

Screenshot from Main Line Tonight. Did someone doubt her citizenship

Hillary White Jean walks into Radnor Memorial Library as if dressed for a chic Sunday brunch, complete with a fedora, Marc Jacobs bag, fur-covered clogs and oversized sunglasses. She always looks glamorous; no one said she didn’t have style. But they have said that she is a con artist, a fraud, a member of the Haitian mafia, and worse.

~ Melissa Jacobs Main Line Tonight

I don’t know this writer personally. But this is quite the story she is laying out. I believe she is laying it out as it is being told her by the now infamous Hillary White Jean, or whatever the arrangement of the names are at present.

I don’t know what to think here do you? Did the court dockets get something wrong? I’m reading this whole story and I’m just left wondering how does any of her “story” justify what happened? Why is there so little personal accountability? Are people really supposed to believe that this is all just some great misunderstanding?

So yes, our beleaguered shopkeeper without a home who now says she has like a showroom or something on some website and now wants to tell her story but what does she actually deserve? Is she really “breaking her silence“ or is this just the latest step in some grand plan?

The one I feel sorry for is her teenage daughter who has to go to school and keep her head up in the midst of all of this. Being a teenager is hard enough, without all this “extra.”

I find myself going back to the original Savvy Main Line article. What was not accurate?

It’s just that every time something else is revealed about this woman there’s so much more to unpack. And I just don’t understand the seeming lack of personal accountability do you? It s like you can almost hear Keith Morrison from Dateline NBC narrating a two hour Dateline.

Lots of people have crazy growing up stories, especially if they are immigrants from war-torn countries. And I happen to have a friend who did mission work in Haiti for years. So I know from their accounts how bad it is. but how are we to know if her father’s affiliation with Jean-Claude “Baby Doc” Duvalier? That man was overthrown in 1986 and died in 2014. Allow me to share what this man was like, and his father, who preceded him:

Jean-Claude Duvalier (French pronunciation: [ʒɑ̃klod dyvalje]; 3 July 1951 – 4 October 2014), nicknamed “Baby Doc” (Haitian Creole: Bebe Dòk), was a Haitian politician who was the President of Haiti from 1971 until he was overthrown by a popular uprising in February 1986. He succeeded his father François “Papa Doc” Duvalieras the ruler of Haiti after his death in 1971. After assuming power, he introduced cosmetic changes to his father’s regime and delegated much authority to his advisors. Thousands of Haitians were killed or tortured, and hundreds of thousands fled the country during his presidency.[2] He maintained a notoriously lavish lifestyle (including a state-sponsored US$2 million wedding in 1980) while poverty among his people remained the most widespread of any country in the Western Hemisphere.[3]

~ Wikipedia

That guy was essentially a despot / dictator, yes? So would you want people to know your late father was affiliated with a person like this? Especially given what Haitians went through because of these regimes? And what they continue to suffer from today?

That’s a very weird thing to brag about. And then there’s the whole posting her immigration papers and passport in screenshots for this writer. Why? Has anyone ever said she wasn’t a US citizen?

Then, supposedly she lived in Connecticut with a lavish lifestyle with rich relatives? And her mother leaves her there and returns to Haiti. That’s actually very sad. But is it the truth?

This story is quite fantastical. And there is this definite sort of rags to riches about it, but it still doesn’t explain the trail of destruction, vis-à-vis, failed businesses and owing people money does it?

And the story of sexual molestation. Are their actual police reports to back this up? and again, if all of this is true, it’s horrible, but does that justify what we have seen unfold before our very eyes?

This woman describes herself as kind-hearted and how is that even possible given things like the court docket about witness intimidation, or whatever it was?

New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania, anyplace else? One of the biggest questions people are asking is how she has been able to get these fairly expensive retail spaces to lease multiple times?

Main Line Tonight image

And then there is this from our heroine’s Instagram. “The woman behind the scandal”? Is she for real? Do we think this is possibly a case of all attention is good attention? It’s all a misunderstanding?

My my my quite the contrast with this:

“I’m not a con artist,” she says. “I’m not a criminal. I’m nothing like that. I am a very kind-hearted person. Everybody that I owed, I intended to pay them. And I apologize to those that I’ve hurt. From the bottom of my heart.”

She still lives in Wayne, despite the scandal. “It’s horrible to tell you the truth,” she says. “I’m scared. I don’t go anywhere. It’s a small town and everyone knows me. It’s devastating. Whatever happened, I didn’t intentionally make it happen. I didn’t do it maliciously to hurt people.”

Hillary says that she is depressed, even suicidal, which her husband and son confirm. More than anything, she wants to tell her side of the story. That, she thinks, will clear her. It may, or it may add fuel to the red-hot fire. But it seems fair to let her speak. And so, Hillary White Jean starts to tell her story.

~ Hillary Jean to Melissa Jacobs Main Line Tonight

So does the Instagram of it all sound like a suicidal woman? And what will people tell you about the truly suicidal? Something along the lines that they won’t tell you they are suicidal?

And does a woman who is suicidal reach out to a milliner about a custom bonnet for an event down south in late April?

And if she’s not going anywhere why do people report when they see her at places like Whole Foods and the ACME? And people who have reportedly seen her having said she’s like running around in sweatpants with a baseball cap on and sneakers it’s more like she’s dressed to the nines right?

And where is her “showroom” she is advertising?

Depressed?

It’s an interesting series of articles for sure. The second part has also dropped. I can only scratch my head….

The writer Melissa Jacobs opens her article with the opening of Hillary Jean Jean Hillary Hillary White Jean Hillary White Jean Joseph’s Glen Mills store. Mentions again the PR person, Sarah Doheny but Sarah Doheny was not the PR person in Glen Mills was she? Is the truth actually there was another PR person down there? A contract was signed yes, on July 6, 2021. But it wasn’t for the then Glen Mills store, it was covering her planned move to the Main Line which as per Doheny, Jean had decided the Main Line would be better for her “brand.”

In October 2021, Hillary opened HJ Boutique in Wayne, a town in the heart of the Main Line. To Wayne, Hillary brought some vendors she’d had at her short-lived boutique in Glen Mills, including jewelry from Jill Jacobson and vintage pieces from the collection of Nancy Volpe Beringer, a Philadelphia designer and “Project Runway” alum. Hillary also had the same PR person as in Glen Mills: Sarah Dohney.

With Dohney’s assistance, Hillary hosted a well-produced grand opening party. Both women were dressed to the nines and broadcasting their goal of bringing Rodeo Drive to Wayne. Together, they batted away questions about the quick demise of the Glen Mills shop, stating that the Main Line was the right place for Hillary’s boutique. Why? Unclear….Things soured between Dohney and the Jeans. Hillary produced copies of emails and texts showing how toxic the relationship became. Dohney believes that the Jeans owe her money. The Jeans say that Dohney bullied them into signing contract extensions, which they terminated via an email. The Jeans did pay Dohney’s YUBpr company $10,000 and more than $700 worth of clothing, as evidenced by an invoice provided to Main Line Tonight. “I do not owe Sarah Doheny any money,” Hillary states. “To be clear, I don’t owe her a dime.”

~Main Line Tonight 3/31/23

So the purported contract extension? Was it really an extension or is it just a payment plan on monies owed? This extension plan was given to the good shopkeeper that October night of her first Wayne opening, so if she felt as if she was being forced, why sign? I am told by Doheny that last payment on invoice was 12/26/21 for $4000, which went against the balance owed, so how is it no money is owed? And yes, full disclosure, I do know Sarah Doheny. Rather well in fact. And on a professional capacity, I think the Main Line Tonight founder and in this case writer Melissa Jacobs also knows her going back to Melissa’s days at Main Line Today magazine.

I also have questions about what publicist Sarah Doheny may have or may not have said at this opening party. So I reached out and asked if she had offered opinion or spoken about the prior store. She said to me (and I quote):

“ No one ever ever spoke to me about the former store. I never ever spoke to Melissa or anyone regarding that on that evening.”

~ Sarah Doheny

I was given above screenshot from Doheny‘s Venmo account. Which I think is interesting. Screenshot (Mar 31, 2023 10:26:50 AM)

What I also find interesting is peppered throughout both of these articles is this Hillary woman’s version of her reality. And is it she really just doesn’t understand how things are done or how they should be done in business or is it the truth that she can handle?

And all of these people who are owed money are real people. They are all different creeds and cultures, which is why there is something that I really have a problem with and it’s the whole thing with race.

Being Black On The Main Line

By that time, local media were celebrating Hillary’s store as the first Black-owned business in Wayne. One problem: It wasn’t true.

Over the last 20 years, more than one Black-owned business operated in Wayne. Hillary clarifies that hers was the first Black-owned fashion boutique, which seems plausible. The media’s miswording of Hillary’s statement may not be her fault, but she didn’t correct them.

The Jeans feel that racism played a big part in the failure of their business and the flogging they received on social media. There’s no denying that racism exists everywhere, including on the Main Line. Were the Jeans discriminated against? Probably. But in the end, the only color that mattered was green. They owed people money, and that was the real problem.

~ Melissa Jacobs Main Line Tonight

People I know who are black, brown, and biracial, including on the Main Lne have found it offensive the way Hillary Jean throws race around. She did it on her social media accounts before some of the accounts either disappeared, had things deleted, or she blocked from public view.

What I have been told by friends who are black, brown, and biracial is in their minds stealing is stealing and it doesn’t have a color chart. And they also have a problem when people get caught doing things wrong and the first thing they scream no matter what their skin color is racism. One said to me quite succinctly that it wasn’t a question of race, it was a simply a situation of right and wrong. Now because I grew up on the Main Line, I can say honestly it is indeed an area with racial problems. But is someone getting in trouble with the law for stealing really a racial issue?

Racism is such a hot button issue as well as very, very real, right? So how does it make people feel to have someone accused of crimes essentially in part blaming it on race? Is that right?

And this article now kind of says that she acknowledges she wasn’t the first black on business in Wayne? But she did not correct that illusion with the media who did these big reports about her, although she recently corrected her own website?

Other things I find fascinating go back to the way this former shopkeeper based on her own words in this Main Line Tonight interview seems to feel what the process for renting stores and leaving leases and the use of bankruptcy is? Bankruptcy is designed to help people but not to help them again and again dodge their financial responsibilities?

According to that document posted above, the recently bankruptcy for Hillary Jean was dismissed. So what does that mean regarding all the money she owes all these people ?

And let’s talk for a minute about what she and her husband and writer described as the “flogging” in social media over all of this? Is that what they are implying caused this to happen as well? Social media?

Before she got caught, her social media was what she wanted the world to see, her version of reality, right? Now that is not necessarily unusual and much the world of social media, and when you put it out there to be larger than life and hanging with Bravoleberities, well when scandal comes, it’s bad, right? Oh and a petit mot about Bravoleberities, a reminder of you will. Part of their job is to pose for photos with people. It doesn’t make them a close personal friend.

Another thing to consider. People had been talking about this for quite a long time. She had made a flashy splash into Wayne, an opening full of media, pomp, circumstance, and a step and repeat. Then a move to another location, with another flashy event this time featuring a step and repeat with a real housewife of New York City? And then one day, this store was stripped empty, so she thinks people weren’t going to talk amongst themselves on and off of social media? Especially with all of the social media profiles?

This former shopkeeper hurt a lot of people by her actions, including me because there was an attempt to doxx me along with Sarah Doheny. And another thing I don’t understand that Melissa Jacobs’ articles have brought out to the front is with this whole scenario, why does Hillary Jean seem so fixated on Sarah Doheny? Is it just me or is that a little sketchy?

And let’s talk about one of the other victims here: Reuben Tehrani. While I do not know his brothers, when I still lived on the Main Line, I actually met him for tea a couple of times. I remember it well because he served the loveliest of Jasmine teas. Such a sweet man, and seriously? The most gorgeous rugs! (If you’re ever in the market for rugs, he and his brothers sell the most glorious rugs. Bryn Mawr Oriental Rugs across Lancaster Avenue from the Bryn Mawr ACME.)

I will never forget the photos in Savvy. The well decorated store windows, and then the pack and run emptiness. The rent equivalent of dine and dash.

Screenshot from Savvy Main Line February 28, 2023

So she gets arrested in July, throws a lavish step and repeat party featuring former RHONYC Dorinda Medley in September, and then it all went up in smoke by year end? And after a year living on the Main Line she is telling Main Line Tonight she is writing her memoirs called “Being Black on the Main Line”?

The 2nd of the two Main Line Tonight articles ends with an insane quote from La Grifter de Wayne, I am not repeating it. Melissa Jacobs captured it all. It’s always something to hear someone refer to themselves in the third person. And investors? Really? New business? What version of her name will it be now? This is like the most twisted emperor’s new clothes ever.

So we now have three pieces to read (including the Savvy article) about this woman. Plus the court records they all talk about. The people she has hurt and owes money to are real people with real businesses, so how does she live with this? And somewhere I still hear Keith Morrison narrating and the sound from Law & Order……
